I am a Hearing Aid Specialist in Italy and I also am a contract lecturer in University and within the time span of your video you practically said it all !! I recently shared a Google doc questionnaire about background sounds ( not necessarily intense sounds but competing sounds) because they can be at times similir to tinnitus ( not wanted ).
