Hello Everyone, In this video we are discussing- What does it mean when a court gives the punishment of Life Imprisonment to a convict. Does a life sentence actually mean till the end of one’s life? On 4:47 , you have told remission is complete condonation. But I think it's pardon which is completely condoned. Remission is simply reducing the term of imprisonment. And commutation is reducing the imprisonment by changing its nature like changing rigorous imprisonment into simple imprisonment.
