राजनीति से कोई अलग नहीं हो सकता। किसी पक्ष और प्रतिपक्ष में न होना भी एक राजनीति है। उच्च न्यायालय ने महिला को कम अक्ल बता दिया। यह कैसी टिप्पणी है। इसमें लैंगिक भेद और पुरुषवादी सोच की गंध आती है। लोवर कोर्ट की मेरिट और डी मेरिट की बात होनी थी। न कि जज विशेष की मानसिक क्ष्मता की। लोवर कोर्ट ने फैसले में कुछ दिल की बात कह दी- जैसे पक्षपातपूर्ण और परेशान करने की कोशिश। ये टिप्पणी अनावश्यक थी। बिना सबूत जेल में रखने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। बेल के लिए मात्र यही पर्याप्त था।

Actually,it is a glaring example of judicial dishonesty/ tyranny by a justice at the High court level showing his affiliation with the ideology of political vendetta rather than the spirit of justice. What must the courts consider before granting bail? The court should consider the nature and seriousness of the offence. Character, antecedents, associations and community ties of the defendant. The defendant's previous record of being granted bail. The strength of evidence.

इस so called law के अध्यापक के अनुसार हाई कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल को बेल ना देकर बहुत बड़ी गलती की है । सामान्य रूप से कोर्ट बेल दे दिया करती है लेकिन जब कोई मामला असामान्य हो तो फिर बेल ना दिया जाना इस बात की पुष्टि करता है की prima fasi मे ही इस केस में यक्ति का सम्मलिप्त होना जान पड़ता हो तो फिर उस यक्ति को बेल ना दी जाए यदि वह अपने पद के प्रभाव का बचाव में कर सकता हो ।

We all fully agree with judgment Judge N Bindu of the trial court. Poor analysis & reason,for staying the trial court judges stay order,given by the Judge of HC of Delhi. We, the janta of India are of the view that the judges Delhi HC give mostly pro BJP govt judgments. We are fully confident that CJI Chandrachud will quash this poor stay order judgment of Delhi HC.

Sir, please make an explainer on the communication & reference methods regarding the transfer of information in important recent judgement among district and high courts as many similar cases are been heard. Eg. Bail Cases Under PMLA in Punjab and Haryana High Court, Trial Courts and Other Be In Delhi High Court and Also Along Side Supreme Court on a similar law question and do they cross reference very very recent judgement or they avoid it on standard of very recent and avoiding the political aspects and referring to a bit distant judgements. Also about the password on digital devices and WhatsApp Screenshots' legality and level of evidence of these under ordinary CrPC & IEA, New BNSS BSA and PMLA.
