I have a suggestion for a video: Since so many people, as you rightly point out, have a difficult time understanding the podcast when they join, how about a 10-15 minute basics video? Each cast member could be briefly introduced in a similar way to the first 3-4 minutes of this video along with a brief overview of what the podcast is about, perhaps touching on some major incidents that went viral (because new people are likely to have heard of those incidents cause they were probs brought to the podcast through them. I feel like this is what new people actually need if we're being real. A collection of 45-120 minute videos (which is how long the upcoming Zach video will be) is too long for real newbies of the show.
