When I first discovered Maneskin after Eurovision I became ovsessed with Teatro d'ira and I would play it on repeat being left hungry for more after every listen. There isn't a single track in the album I don't like and that is extremely rare for me. That year I had Maneskin as my top artist for the year on Spotify and their entire discography was scattered in my wrapped playlist. It's so hard to chose a favourite song from this album, because the tracks all reach out to a different part of me. I would have to say that "La Paura Del Buio" is probably the one I like most, just because the ending of the song where the instrumental stops and you're only left with Damiano's voice is so raw and emotional. I am so happy I got to see them live two days ago (although from a considerable distance), because they have such a big part of my life in the last two and a half years. They became one of my all time favourite bands with their limited discography and I can't wait to see what they do in the future.

Very sensitive, profound, and professional video, thanks! Your competence and passion for music really shines through. My first favourite song out of Teatro d'Ira was Coraline, but the first time I heard For your Love, I couldn't believe how it gave the same exhilarating, pure rock 'n roll punch that a rock song from the 70s or 90s would've given. I didn't think songs like that would ever be written again! I'm not an especially nostalgic person, but it was a very pleasant surprise all the same.

Great video man. I love this band, and you made me love them even more with this. An actual great Rock N Roll band in present times. I love the thought of young people thinking it’s cool to pick up instruments again, start a band , want to play legitimately LIVE music that also has substance and Maneskin is sure to inspire that in a generation. This is what RnR is truly about

English people who claim to be anarchist punks etc see a new European band living their dream because they are truly anarchist insomuch as they did x factor they did Eurovision, both universally negated in the tiny country that is England, and the English Alt scene say " they are like any other manufactured band, they sold out to pop," , No you guys are closed minded, you do not see that for any European band Eurovision is not the joke England makes it by choosing terrible bands to represent us, European people love the competition, and many bands have practiced and perfected there act, only in England is Eurovision derided, but as a punk, rock, emo, goth, Alt band to enter both competitions is truly rebellion, it's not how it's done in the stupidly taken too serious struggle of the artist English world. .. why not? Because the newr English bands are furious they didn't have the balls to rebel and try to get famous quick through those shows. Not only that these guys can play and know how to dress and just BEa band, wish them a brilliant future, from an English person who is hated for not copying the rules of the Alt scene.

This is amazing. Great in-depth analysis of their masterpiece, 'Teatro D'Ira Vol.1'. While live Måneskin are on top of the world right now (saw them 5x this year; two more to come), the 'Rush!' album is no match for 'Teatro' in my opinion, although it has improved with the addition of four less-cluttered new tracks. Great work. I am going to check out some of your other videos.

What a beautiful, powerful video! The editing is excellent. You made me fall in love with an album I already loved all over again. Is there any chance we'll see more about them from your perspective? I'd love to see a deep dive on the deluxe Rush (Are U Coming?) as well, if you're ever inclined to do it. I think you captured their essence like few other essayists, Italian or otherwise. I find the differences between Rush! (especially the deluxe version) and Teatro fascinating in themselves. Each of these albums are so honest to where they are in life they could tell a whole story. From the raw anger of Teatro to the world-weariness and confusion of Rush, it feels like I'm growing with them. Thank you for this! You got a new subscriber.

This band is just boring, hasn't done anything new and has definitely not conquered the world. Maybe for you fanboys, but this video is just a fanboy's wet dream with a lot of words, but very little actual content. Makes it seem most of their music is very intentional though pure music is a collection of happy accidents. Author is probably familiar with artistic critic articles, but that doesn't change the fact this band is banal and poppy mainstream (they try to project this punk edge attitude but there is nothing punk about them).
