My wife put and CRPC 125 maintenance case against me. In the draft my wife mentioned father in law lodge complaint in senior citizen help centre. My wife submit the report of senior citizen help centre to the court. My wife did not submit the complaint copies of all the parties to the court. How to write the application to the court to submit all the documents of senior citizen complaint. Please help me in this. My wife's own younger sister's husband is an advocate and handling my wife's case.

My salary was 161000 during 125 case. She asked for 75K (50k for her and 25k for daughter). I proved in court that my parents are dependents on me. Court also believed in it because of medical reports. I showd that I have homeloan EMI of 50k each month. She herself accepted it while her cross examination. So I didn't put loan paper evidence to avoid disclosing actual EMI value and loan duration. But same was mentioned in affidavit and confessed by her. Court ordered 15k for wife and 10k for daughter. In total 25k against salary 161000. Please advise if Court has given order in her favor or mine. ?

Aur abhi ghar me without any guilt rehke maintainence ke liye paise rahi hai jabki unke relations bahar abhi bhi chal rahe hai.. din bhar gayab rehti hi sirf raatraatko ghar aati hai. Divorce ke duraan ka interim maintainence ki mang kar rahi hai. Har aurat bechari nahi hoti... But thode bohot mard bhi bechare huye toh bhi Indian female biased laws ke wajah se sune nahi jaate.
