マレーシアに来て2ヶ月が経ちますが、健康面の変化は私も大有りです！学生時代から20年以上、深刻な睡眠障害に悩まされていて、しょっちゅう倦怠感を抱えながら仕事をしていましたが（眠剤も効かないことが多かった）、マレーシアに来てからすぐ、眠剤なしでも普通に眠れるようになりました😃快適さや利便性が心の健康につながるとは限らないですよね…あと、購買欲がなくなるのもめっちゃ分かります😅

I have dry skin even though I'm living in this humid country. I grew up as a teenager without having big problems with my skins. The problem started when I travel for work when other countries are so much drier and cold. I literally need to slather a scoopful of moisturiser. I think, I'm totally dead of dryness if I living in Japan 😂

私は数年前からフリーになったのでよくなったが、日本の職場環境は最悪かも。 働き易い会社は日本にもあると思いますが、 周りの日本人の友人や知人が心身ともにダメになった方が数人もいました。 通勤（外出）が出来なくなった、ストレスで片側の耳が難聴になった、と言った話しでした。 前職の同僚も３０代で脳梗塞になった人が二人もいました。 働き方改革などがありましたが、それは表と裏があるように思います。 あまり機能していないようにも思います。

Your height and your current weight, even if you said you have gained a few kilos, are still not compatible. It can be seen from your face and hands. You need to explore more malaysian food, and eat more. Find some local malay girls who can take you to lunches and dinners together. You need 2 or 3 more kilos before you visit your family back home

Gain weight and acne disappearing - has to do with the Sun. Malaysia is a tropical country so you get more Sunlight (which produces Vitamin D) on your skin compared Japanese which futher north. That is why most of the ladies here experience acne and pimples during their puberty and not much later.
