Not armatures. Those rings are for the field coil to go in. The armature spins in the center of those field coils, right where the big hole is in the center. steve

the workers have the least idea what they are making or what for these items will be used. The fellow who put this on the KZbin surely does not know the difference between a rotor and a stator.

Either the rotor or stator could be the armature. The armature is the coil(s) that carries alternating current. Different machine types may have this as the static or rotating component. It's all relative anyway 😂.

Hello Internet users, the electrotechnical sheet was cut into strips of appropriate width, and then the components of the armature core (24 slots) were made using a press equipped with shapes. Then the core was wound with a winding wire in the form of two pairs of magnetic poles when using semi-automatic devices. After doing this, there are 8 winding slots left, so you can place four more coils with a phase angle of 90 degrees. It follows that these coils act as a starting winding together with a capacitor or centrifugal switch. For this reason, it will be a single-phase motor. Best regards 💖😀.

Finally some newer machinery for metal stamping. The die makes both the rotor and the stator. The rotor is blanked out of the center first (the guy on the right is grabbing those), then the stator gets blanked out.
