There is the popular 'some stranger left a baby monkey at my gate and it was caught on my security video'. And it is so kind of these strangers to also leave a note, in English, so we can read along.

This video is very well done and informative! I learned a lot! I knew it wasn’t common for a mother to reject her baby to the point it’s left behind somewhere alone (and still alive as well with no monkeys anywhere to be seen or heard!) but this drives the point home. You are doing a great job! Please keep the videos coming 😊

We all know the channel owners buy the babies on the pet markets or from the hunters. In south east asia it's a common thing. The story "baby found abandoned and by chance having camera nearby" is nothing by a story.

Absolutely, there is no sense in so many of these videos!

I also have been questioning this....are all the monkey mothers just suddenly all throwing up there hands and saying " i just can't do this mother thing anymore" and abandoning there babies? 😂😂 They really think we are all idiots.

Thank You so much for this info. I also learned alot, especially about some of the emotions of the mothers with babies and why they act the way they do. THANKS!!!

Thank you Linda. I nearly didn't post any of this because it really starts to get you down after so long, but I'm so glad you found it informative. This gives me more motivation now!

The bridging behavior at 6:25 by the stump tailed macaques is done mostly by males and you can see the adult on the right is in fact a male. Interestingly the infant is more likely to be male, which i believe this infant is in the photo. Ive always wondered why this was. Do you have any insight?

you dont seem to understand the why babies are 'kidnapped' by other females. Kidnapping in macaques nothing like human kidnapping. Its something the higher ranking juvenile females do in order to practice being a mum. Its not wrong or weird, its part of normal monkey behaviour. Also, baby monkeys are likely not stolen from wild monkey mothers. The mothers are either killed--if they are wild--or the baby is from caged and bred monkeys. All else is spot on. I appreciate you being reasonable in your tone and information.

When this video gets about 100 comments, you will be able to unlock having a community page for your channel.

@@monkeymercy124 No problem. All you need is at least 100+ comments on one video and it seems to unlock the ability to get a community page. I would be glad to give you advice too. Also there was some concern about the A.I. Art for the logo, some activists see it as something that the MH people use, but that's just coincidental. You're not the only one who has used A.I. art and been sighted as a MH. I can drum up a logo for you if you like.

@@SpenceDMann It doesn't look as though it will get there now. The guy who asked the question about BM deleted the question and 60 plus replies bc of Alfi and her bullying. I don't blame him.

@@SpenceDMann I think most are concerned when the AI art has the monkey dressed in human clothing. I got into an argument with a person who jumped all over Exploited Monkey for having AI art with monkeys dressed up for Thanksgiving but yet she condoned The Monkey Sentinel for his AI art of a monkey dressed like Thor. You’re either for it or against it. I personally see nothing wrong with animal art. I love all the Disney animations and most of the animals there are dressed.

@@simonc3177 I don't either. Poor Vaas, he was trying to help this channel get 100 comments in one video to unlock the community page function like I did for him and so many others.
