@@cindymoran1611 the way she describes the books seems very specific and it just seems to me that she doesn’t really skim through the books since the memory she retain from the books is very precise (from the way she tells them). and i mean, some people do read books faster than others. btw, she did say she enjoyed “the last word” by taylor adams and gave it a 5 stars since you doubt that.

Yes, we love being smart about a reading challenge! I would rather watch these kinds of videos where you get some sleep and continue, than you forcing yourself to read for hours and hours straight. Hey Destiny, I know the 24hr readathon is pretty signature for your account, but have you considered something like the 24in48 readathon instead? Melreads is another booktuber that does this instead of the 24hr readathon bc it's a little more low key and SIGNIFICANTLY less stressful on you mentally and physically. It's basically what you did here already, reading 12 hrs per day for two days straight.

I love what you said about waiting to rate! I used to rate my books immediately after it was over and then almost always had to change the rating a month later (usually to a lower rating…) so now I force myself to wait a week before rating to see if it actually stuck with me or not. 🥰
