Namibia has English only. Actually it had German (and Afrikaans) as co-official ones until 1990, now they're secondary ones. If you count secondary languages, then Arabic should include Israel (until 2018 it was co-official, now it's a special-status language for Arab minorities), and Russian should include Tajikistan (they use it for interethnic affairs), and Lebanon should fit French as well.

Hebrew is only in Israel. Yiddish has no status anywhere (except for being a minority language in some countries, like Hebrew). Some Palestinians speak Hebrew, but still their only official language is Arabic. Also if the author counts German in Namibia, then he/she should count Arabic in Israel as well (both used to be official lanugages in their respective countries, now they're secondary ones).

Well, it depends who you ask. In the People's Republic of China, they do not consider Taiwan (Formosa) as a country, but as a rebel (or separatist) island. In the Republic of Taiwan (Or Republic of China), they do not consider the PRC as a country. But many outsiders consider the two to be separate countries. But if you want to consider the PRC as the only country or vice versa, you can, or if you consider both of them as legitimate countries, you can do that too.
