Drakeo case was more so the authorities were being insanely unreasonable. They knew he wasn't responsible for the incident that happened in the parking lot but drug out the case for as long as they could, even going as having him put in solitary confinement and getting his mom fired from her job whilst he was still locked up. Solitary confinement mentally tortured him so when he came out he began acting recklessly.
