Well, this happened to me. Trust me when I say this I’m legit no satire but the 2 requirements for bell is bosses and to just “believe you have it” typed by the developers. Just do chasers like 4-5 then you should get it. Thats how I fixed that problem

i have no bell progression from echoes and ive killed 11 dukes between power 16 and 20 (at power 20 ive killed like 4-6), dyk if i have bell or nah
