Anything above 4 is downhill in term of money efficiency, 3 or 1 is for me the perfect amount. 1 -> A very versatile one you can wear in any season. 2 -> One summer one winter. 3/4 -> Summer, winter, versatile so you can rotate during those seasons, and a fourth one for work if it’s appropriate to have a specific smell at your work, or a night fragrance. Anyone that wants to get into fragrances I would do: buy 1 versatile then see if you actually want more, if you go for say spicebomb extreme for your first, you will need a fragrance for summer and be forced to buy a second one which isn’t good if you actually like smelling good but not enough to the point where you want to buy more.

as someone who has 20+ i 100% agree my little brother is turning 16 in october and he has 4 colognes it genuinely does the job and he has a signature scent while i don’t

Ive bought 11 full size bottle, 25 bottle of 3ml and 5ml decant and get 6 freegift vial. All in 3 months span. All perfume and decant mostly from Mancera, Lattafa and Armaf. My spot on buy is SICILY, AOUD BLUE NOTES, 9AMDive, Ventana, Blue Jeans & Amber Oud Exlcusif Blue. My regret buy is Autobiography Oh Boy, Cedrat Essence and Another 13 decant.

Early on in collecting I got Nautica voyage heritage …. Imo I like it way better than the OG Nautica. I think Keneth Cole puts out solid smelling cheapies too

I use to only have 1 perfume….but over time I became nose blind to it. So having a variation is good for me, I have about 12? I have a fragrance I got from Ross….it called Pink Sugar and I more compliments wearing that than my designers or niche 😭😭
