Difficult choices. Among the options UoH is better, but campus atmosphere will be different. It is not an engineering college. Most of the students will be of a higher age, lot of humanities and other students on the campus - academic rigour will be diluted. But you have the advantage of being in Hyderabad, IT hub and close to the IT hub. Student has to make use of these opportunities

Computational Engg is a relatively new course which is inter-disciplinary in nature. We have to examine the prospects. CSE in IIIT Hyderabad is a proven course from an established institution. IIIT Hyderabad may not provide the "big institution " experience but the rigour and the prospects of the course far outweigh this limitation.

IIT Varanasi will provide a good platform for the student. Student has to make use of it. Mining branch involves working in tough conditions, but study wise it is easy. Student can use the time well for preparing for the industry he wants to get into - like IT.
