One year after hemroidectomy, still my days are ruined. I'm okay everyday until my first poop. Every day I usually poop twice. My rectum bleeds fresh blood and the more I wipe the more it burns. If I don't wipe good then it's incontinence and still burns. it burns for hours. Sometimes it takes taking a stilts bath but then two hours later it happens again. My days are ruined, I can't get away from the house almost everyday. I can't go fishing or go play golf. It can ruin my day almost everyday. A year and a half ago I had hemorrhoids banded. A year ago I had hemroidectomy, for 6 days post opp I had anal sphincter spasms and bled every hour. After 6 days of that I was exhausted, so I called and the on call physician said go to the ER. Spent all day at the ER, then exploratory surgery the next morning. Two months post opp I thought I was better or would get better, but I didn't. Now my condition is just as bad or worse a year and a half later after all the treatments.

About a year ago, I had a problem with diarrhea. It lasted for several weeks. After the diarrhea stopped, my stools became more formed, but 24/7 they still ooze out. I constantly smell. I am not talking about all of the masses of toilet paper I use……or a bidet. I simply wonder WHY my body oozes poop 24/7 ??? My diet is good, in fact for several months, I have been eating Keto. I do have diabetes, but it is managed. I do have non-alcoholic cirrhosis of my liver, but my doctor tells me that it is NOT my liver causing this. In my mind I think it just can’t be that the floor of my body has given way………because eventually EVERYTHING runs OUT. But, my body NEVER seems to run out of poop. There is nooooo pain. I just poop and smell ! ALL the time. Can someone PLEASE help me ?

Hello Carol. I realize that you left this comment a year ago but I'd like to try and help you. I'm not a medical professional so please check with your doctor about taking or trying anything. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about (and research for yourself) inflammation. I had some issues a few years back and discovered through the process of elimination that I probably suffered from inflammation..this was after getting nowhere with a doctor! I began taking some anti-inflammatory supplements and they changed my life for the positive. The supplements I take are turmeric, ginger and bromelain. Its a bummer because supplements are so expensive but these worked for me. Again, I'm not a doctor but just wanted to help with some information you could research and decide if it's right for you. ❤ Perhaps you are already doing better, I hope so because your story broke my heart.

I am going to bring you up-to-date, but I am getting ready to go to my alternative doctor, so may need to stop. When I DO, then, if you will please respond…….SO that it will give me the opportunity to get back to you this afternoon……instead of my searching thru hundreds of those comments. Okay ? First, I have 13 symptoms pointing to HypOthyroidism. Before, I was going one by one, not realizing that each thing could possibly be connected. This has all been within the last two weeks…..while still having diarrhea. So, my alternative doctor does naet treatments ( Kinnesiology ). At my suggestion he tested my thyroid. POSITIVE. Let me hasten to add that sometimes Kinnesiology shows up the illness in our cells long before blood work shows it. I was treated……and am showing Clear, now. Still diarrhea, though. The next thing I did was to ask for Labs on my thyroid. I had told him years ago that MY. Indy does not convert T4 into T3. He ignored me and ordered the usual TSH…….which came out as normal. I then asked him to do the Labs again, but to do the T3 and T4 separately. ( When I write later I will give you a list of what has already been done as far as diarrhea . ). THIS time my Labs came out Normal BUT waaaay low on one and waaaay high on the other. He would not budge. As long as it comes within Normal, it is normal. Time to leave. I will get to more exciting news this afternoon and especially after he further treats me today. Be sure to respond, Trixie !❤️
