Ive completed 45 days of brahmacharya , and literally i have tremendous experience with brahmacharya. I was a bloke who was involved in frequent manstubation. Initially When i took a vow that i will follow a path fo celibacy , i failed nearly 12 times because of frequent urges. With God's grace, i persisted on my path and for the first time , i became celibate for 38 days and when i again involved in manstubation, i felt sad but somewhere i was happy that i have the courage to be celebate. And again i tried celibacy and today i broke my previous record of 38 days and its my 45th day of celibacy. Im planning to be celebate till my marriage . 🙏

Am a woman and i completely love this ! Om Brahmachaarini maata namaha . But not laughing and considering as sister is little bit odd. As a doctor I say one can live healthy life with occasional intimacy without desire, but one cannot live healthy life without laugh. Your neurotransmitters in brain will be affected.
