Oof, bad time to try to write near a camera. One of those little choices that generally get less common once people get more used to what spots are better to write in for the map.

1:32 to 1:36 I never noticed that camera can cause the background to show anyone outside of the current viewable area with some clarity. Without a doubt can catch a Kira without "looking" through the camera if done right.
