Man boobs are essentially excess mass that cause your pecs to look soft or protrude awkwardly, and they stem from two things:
The first is unwanted chest fat, which occurs when excess adipose tissue accumulates in the lower pec area.
This is much like the extra fat around your waist, and it can cause your chest to sag and lose definition, and it's typically a result of being at a higher body fat percentage.
The second is gynecomastia, which is the growth of glandular tissue in the chest, caused by hormonal imbalances.
When testosterone levels are too low relative to estrogen, the excess estrogen promotes the growth of breast tissue in men.

Great channel. I have made great gains. Lost 12 lbs. Belly and man boobs are disappearing. I am 65 to be ,66 Jan 8 th. I can't thank you enough. My Blood work is excellent, bp normal and my T levels are higher than men of 40. Thank you. Happy New year 🎉.

It's great to know that your content is not a clickbait or a blatant misinformation here, and actually provided steps that would work on the problem at hand. Most content about using a specific workout to lose fat on that specific part of their body is false because we all know you can't single out fats from a specific body part, as we all know fat loss is proportional throughout the body and can't be specific the same a surgery does. Yet on your video, not only you avoided that, you also provided steps to make any excess fats appear lesser and make the chest more refined. Subbed to you now.

I'd like to add that low impact zone 2 steady state cardio (e.g. elliptical), which is said to be "fat burning" zone cardio, could be very helpful. Zone 2 cardio also aids in training recovery and doesn't interfere with recovery like more intense cardio can.

I was a husky kid. Once I hired a coach and lost my excess body fat/baby fat I didn't have the high male estrogen issues. Especially after going through several bodybuilding competition cuts.

"Build more muscle"? How can you do that and be in "calorie deficit"? You contradict yourself.

Can build plenty of muscle if your protein intake is sufficient. Calorie deficit is to burn fat, has nothing to do with muscle gain or loss.
