Could this be the next mob for Minecraft 1.17? We need more mobs in Minecraft, especially new bosses. The trollager is a new villager type mob idea that gives you a unique experience when doing pvp against mobs. It's minecraft, but with a better mob AI. This is the ultimate challenge for the desert well update! Thanks to goodtimeswithscar for the idea!

When the trollager dies, he should come back as the baby villager. also, he could also be part of raids, the illagers would use him to breach the walls and gates.

Good idea! Also, the troll could be cured via weakness potion and golden apple. If they are cured, they turn back to villager and have the same trade bonuses as a cured zombie villager. If they are defeated by curing, the chest with the buclet will still appear, but they dont drop the club. They drop something else instead (like an amulet, which you can wear like in wynncraft), something defensive. (like devilsknife and jevilstail after the jevil battle.)

If you can block all of his attacks, then I believe he deserves more damage, so if you fail blocking he will punish you making you lose a LOT of hearts

This mob is awesome and the video is great! I only have 1 thing that I'd change about the Trollager: It's waaaay too easy. If you really wanna add strategy to this fight, then make all of it's attacks put your shield on cooldown like the Axe does in pvp. It's attacks are very slow and if you have a shield then you shouldn't ever die to this mob. I get that it's not meant to be a boss but it's a pushover. This change would make it harder but the attacks are so telegraphed that it would still be a fun and not overly hard fight, but much more challenging and strategic than it is right now. Overall though, awesome!!!

for the trolliger remove the blocking with shield on stomp attack as it's a stomp, how do you stop a shockwave on the ground with a shield? and make it's club attack disable your shield like axes do that'll make the fight much more harder

Here's an idea: A mod which is sorta like the imrobability drive from madness combat. Basically, when you activate it, things become a little more improbable, for example; there will be a slight chance a gravity block like sand will fall upwards, land mobs might occasionally get pulled underground and die, anvils might randomly fall from the sky, maybe doors, when opened, might lead to a random place like a fortress or the end or a random structure, and maybe breaking a block might rarely cause an explosion. However, right clicking the "Craziness machine" will take a small amount of your xp, powering it more, thus hightening the chances of wierd things happening, and making doors more likely to lead to a random place and increasing the chances of it leading to a rarer or crazier thing. And the only way to deactivate it is to break the machine. Thoughts?

Years of rotting and merging later, not even a Totem of Undying brings him back to life properly. As he awakens once more he forces rotten wood and rusted iron spikes into a weapon. You feel the ground around you shake. You hear a noise of what sounds like swimming coming from the well... Something's coming....

1: You always add 110% I really like the ideas and how they are executed. 2: Minecraft won't do a whole ass Desert Well update. But what if they added something interesting? What if the well could be dug to reveal an obsidian coated chest. What would be in this chest? Well. It would need to be able to help players in deserts so here's my idea. Item: Sponge Shoes. Type: Armor, Feet Ability: After entering water or being splashed by a water bottle, the sponge shoes become soaked. This lasts for a minute and allows a player to use trident enchants like Riptide. If you are attacked by fire, the fire will be automatically put out and the source will react as if water had touched it. Lava will become obsidian, fire will be put out.

Modifications I would make: 1. Give the boss a lot more health and a boss bar 2. Give it a 2nd stage 3. Slight redesign of the well to make it look a little grander to host this mob. 4. Make the golden bucket only spawn like 50-60% of the time 5. Make the golden bucket hold 4 lava and 2 water

Spiked club could have a special ability which launches the user foward and smashes for a small AOE attack. trollager could have an ability which he smashes the ground with his club, disabling shields and pushing pack anyone that is nearby. He would use it as a self defense mechanism to counter flurry of attacks. Would make the battle more exciting and hard since it looks too easy for now.
