Obsessed with your podcast! You are 100% a true testament of someone who has learned from their mistakes and grown. It's so refreshing to see as it's appeared so genuine and I love that. You also make me feel so much better about being a mum and motherhood (I have a toddler). Inspired well and truly.

Sat in tears listening to this. As a mum of 2 under 2, I can relate so much to this and being present in the moment is something that haunts me daily. I feel like I’ve missed so much that I’ll never get back. I need to change and you’ve helped me think about it in a different way. Thank you.

Sending you so much love. You are doing amazing. 2 under 2 is up there with the hardest things anyone can ever do. You have your WHOLE LIFE ahead of you to enjoy with your little ones...don't worry about being perfectly present right now. If you're even worrying about being present with your kids that shows that you are giving everything you have and are an incredible mum! xxx

I dont belive that for a second that we are ment to be where we are right now. This is just something ppl that for now have a great life saying. But if im ment to be where i have been for the last 3 years then its better if i commit suicide to be honest because i have lost all hope and im so lonely and traumatized by life. I live only for my love to my dog. But i must say that it brings me joy to watch you Elle and your lovely family and im so proud of all you have done so far and the teaching you have learned and grown from ❤️

I agree about mirroring and the triggers that brings. I just love your podcasts. The incident with your Mom and you wanting to hang out with her, I believe her reaction came from how she had been treated as a child. We are all victoms of victoms of victoms - Louise Haye

Praying for you 🙏 we were told i would never conceive and we now have a 1 and a half year old little miracle who i love dearly. He is my life and every dream come true. I love and appreciate him and motherhood so much. Even more so because I never thought I'd be lucky enough to be a mum. Keeping you in my thoughts ❤xx

Just want to play devils advocate. And coming from a long term listener. Just feel I need to make a comment in regard to the controversial topic you pointed out. I feel like you haven't taken your own advice. People are making those comments from a place of protecting their children and are doing so because they are using all the information that has been given to them so far in life. They are just doing their best and having a child I'm sure has taught them nothing but love as you said. Just a thought.
