It's extremely popular, has a strong background, and can generate more views than the average football game. So, based on that alone, if a company came in, then they could very likely make it far more profitable. So, a couple billion is far from unreasonable from a business standpoint. Let's take a look into the entire MrBeast brand. This includes his merch, his 15+ different channels in different langauges, his restaurant, feastables, and anything else relating to the brand. Now, what would you value that? All of it is extremely popular and generates very good money. Arguably, he is the MOST SUCCESSFUL youtuber that has branched out into somwthing other than youtube. Also, you aren't even account for channel members, which you completely disregarded. So, I'm a bit curious to see what you think the proper evaluation is. Just because MrBeast is on youtube and the money generation is different, doesn't mean it's not worth multiple billions. Could you imagine if he started streaming and a few million people watched him? Donations and subscriptions from that alone could generate millions. Just imagine if he also streams on twitch or facebook. You greatly underestimate the value his brand has and how far he could actually go with it. Just because youtube doesn't pay a dollar per view doesn't mean that he isn't worth the billion dollars.

Okay here’s the actual math: KZbin offers roughly $2.20 per 1,000 views on a channel that has at least 1,000 subs, Mr beast obviously meets that requirement. Mr Beasts channel has 17b total views according to this so that’s roughly $37.4m in revenue but wait there’s more. So the $2.20 per 1,000 views applies to per ad, regular TV statistics state that one commercial runs every 7 minutes. KZbin tries to stick to this but doesn’t always so keep that in mind. A Mr Beast video is usually around let’s say an upwards of 25 minutes so he can run up to 3 ads per video. That would make his channel alone worth $112.2m in viewership. This doesn’t include any sponsorships and brand deals which range into the several millions on their own, on top of this he runs a “business” using the channel which generates an insane amount of money. (Any claim I made about logistics or technical information can be backed by a quick little google search). (Also to find the original 37m you just divide 17 billion by 1,000 which is 17 million and then multiply it by 2.20 since that’s what they offer per 1,000 views.)
