To me 100K in Toronto are peanuts and would be considered a low wage for a such an expensive place and 10 years experience. It may help him very much a softer english accent

If he moved from India that's a lot

@@gustavosolaeche674 agreed if he can keep the same cost of living than India, or he lives in Toronto as he used to live in India. The maths are not working however that’s my humble opinion based on coworkers living there a quality live equivalent as the locals around

I am an Enterprise Architect, business and technical (mostly tech), and I have 20+ yrs experience. I deal with Risk Management (enterprise and cybersecurity) often. All I do is read read read, research, contextualize, and solve problems, identify potential revenue services and capitalize on them. I make between $200-800k, depending on the title I am given. To be honest, you do this type of work because you love it; if you want to get rich, and likely be miserable when you realize $ is just paper and it doesnt change what you want or who you are, then be a stock broker and be hated by society. ;).

U do this type of work because you love to do it (few can) rather than work. The average pay for a US citizen is about $40,000, so he’s in the top 5%.
