With $400 in very Specific crossover components, my Original Lintons sound WAY better than the Supers. Side by side with my friends Supers. He was shocked. Then angry. 😅

Don't the W badges go on the outside?

On the Super Linton the W badge is central at the bottom of the grille. The speakers are marked L and R on the rear badge to show how to position them (with the treble units on the inside). Listen with the grilles on.

I just ordered a pair of the SUPER Linton in Walnut for 1398 euro including tax and Shipping. Add the stands for 350 euro and Endgame archived , at least to me. :D Im upgrading from the Wharfedale Eco 4.2

A reviewer who has the grills off and speakers the wrong way around does make me question the legitimacy of the review lol

Yes to the grills but I've actually seen and read a couple of reviews where people felt that putting the tweeters on the outside makes things better with these. Apparently these Supers can be a bit hot if pointed directly at your years, so if you have them on the outside sort of works like toeing out the tweeter part. But the grills would help with that too, at least with the regular Lintons they do help with a slight bump at high frequencies.

@@renatomorais8136 According to the manufacturers advice, left and right speaker placement are entirely the listeners preference. Where do you like your tweeters, in or out ? The grills should stay on
