Hi Scott. All makes perfect sense. Subjective in regards to overheads etc. We have to be good and efficient at what we do to earn the work and money. You have definitely earned it mate.

Thanks mate. Overheads are something that only go up and we’ve got to monitor and match that with price increases but it’s a fine line.

It's a tough industry to make a decent profit especially in the domestic side, so I congratulate you for building a solid business. From my experience lawn care seems to be a race to the bottom, competing against guys who are not properly insured, trained or qualified, then taking on staff that are unreliable or do more damage to your equipment than the job pays. 😕

Yes it was with 3 staff last year but with price increases and being sensible I intend to make the same next year solo. More videos to follow on how I will achieve this. Hope to see you at saltex mate.
