I love the Columbus zoo and the Wilds. I used to live in KY just across the Ohio river. My daughter who lives in CA used to come home pretty often and whenever we had time it was to go to Columbia. My youngest granddaughter was born the same time as one of the baby elephants and she was always ready to go to the zoo. I can't crochet or anything while riding in a car, makes me so carsick. I think that it's green that you are working on hats for the hats not hate movement. I hope to have some ready to mail soon. Enjoyed your video. 👍 Keep up the great work.💕

Wow that’s awesome! My schools always did relay for life events and because I was in national honors I always volunteered at them and had so much fun! And I’m so glad you found out that this joann is close to you, it’s definitely worth the trip to see the yarn wall! 🥰

How cool!! Pasco is very close to Hillsborough county where I’m at! We drove through West Virginia on the way home, it’s such a beautiful state and very different from Florida for sure. I’m looking forward to the vlogs! 😊 I actually just did a road trip with my family from Chicago to Tampa (funny enough!), so I had about 18 hours each way to crochet. 😄 I finished an afghan for donation to Project Linus. Yes! We did a bunch of fun stuff. We went to a Rays game, walked the Riverwalk and went to Clearwater Beach, twice. 😅 It was so beautiful and nice to escape the colder Chicago temperatures. I also checked out the yarn shop in Largo called Criativity. I got some soft alpaca yarn there that I’m going to make into a sweater! 😁

That’s awesome!! I’ve been to Clearwater beach and the Riverwalk many times! And I’ve only been to one Rays game even though that’s “my team” I’m just not a sports person LOL! I know I’ve been to a yarn shop in Largo too but I can’t remember the name, it might be that one cause I think I’ve been to most in the area lol! If you ever come to the area again I highly recommend going to Holmes beach on Anna Maria Island! It’s about an hour south but it’s so worth the drive! It’s the only beach I normally go to because it’s never as busy as Clearwater and it’s even prettier in my opinion!! I’m glad you had fun on your trip here and I loved hearing what you did! :)

I’m a huge baseball fan, so we absolutely had to catch a game down there! ⚾️ It was also super interesting to see a game played in dome stadium. I’m a Cubs fan, and Wrigley Field is really different being open-air and in the middle of the city, so I thought it was a super cool way to watch a sporting event in Tampa. 🙂 The yarn shop in Largo was incredible and they had everything you could ever want when it comes to more “luxurious” yarn! 😍 I highly recommend going if you haven’t been before. Thank you for the suggestion on going to another beach! I imagine we’ll be back down there eventually and we’d love to see more of the state. My parents would love it! ☺️ Thank you for asking about my trip!!

Of course I love hearing what you think about this area, especially since I’m from here! And that’s so great that you got to go to a game then!! I totally need to check out my local yarn stores again because I haven’t been at least a year or so! If you do end up coming here again totally send me a message on Instagram or something and I can send you a list of things to do, restaurants, etc because I know hearing from a local is a lot better than what you can find online most of the time! :)

Just some feedback. It looks like you’re not making the hats long enough. You probably need like three more rows. I’m also making hats for hat not hate and I’m trying them on when im done to make sure they fit( I’ll wash them all before I send them out) but my hats are much longer than yours. Btw I love all your videos💕💕

I was trying to make a variety of sizes and I did try them on. Some were a little loose and some were tight but I’m hoping they fit! I was also worried about running out a yarn with some so hopefully they’ll fit someone! I appreciate the feedback and I will make them long next time!
