I think the monster was a missed opportunity if you aimed at your own base you could have made a blueish-purplish shield blocking the laser, maybe even making a beam powering it from the beacon or shooting the monster from it, I think that could have looked cool, well either well they both bases I can't build at all and look cool so good job :)

As a person that’s never played this before but seen hundreds of videos. I still would definitely go with the alien build because it looks so cool and even as a noob I’ve seen videos with large mansions already. It’s just boring. Alien is the way to go.!
