Listening to our bodies is hard, but it knows what it needs. I know it is a balancing act, but you will get there. The serenity prayer might help. 😊

You are right. I just started a new practice to ground myself when I’m feeling overwhelmed. Stop, deep breath in, and remind myself that I am in the present moment. It slows my mind down and I can assess what I am feeling. It only takes a minute but it keeps me focused and not distracted/overwhelmed
