fwiw I rarely watch shorts. They're annoying because at least on desktop, you can't see how long it is, nor can you scrub to go forwards or backwards. Annoying. I only watch a few of som super-tiny channels, less than 1k subscribers, just to give them a tiny little leg up. So yeah, down with shorts.

As well as being an av geek I also play around with AI - as such, I've realised how easy it is to knock out hundreds of AI generated shorts videos per day (and that's before you consider general web content); I worry the internet is going to be taken over by 99.9999999% crap - assuming it hasn't always been :D
