In my comp, the highest is 149M and from my server the highest is 68m. Crazy! I also liked the share gems event, cause it showed just how many people were spending on this game all around. 50 to 100k times a day ppl were buying packs! It's no wonder evony keeps places more buying opportunities. It's ridiculous!

If you have that much money as spending money in a month or 2 weeks, go make a difference in the world. Feed the poor. Help someone pay their mortgage payment so they don't lose their home. Not only is spending that much money on a game a sickness, it's also selfish. And with Evony, you're stuck on a single server that could go stagnant, or, you could lose it all when someone bigger than you hits you or the game lags. Spend responsibly.

Lawyers and doctors have to work 80 hours a week, so not them. I guess it's possible that there is a footballer somewhere, but I think it is pretty unlikely - they tend to play different games. Most I think are either Evony developers manipulating stuff, or random people who have just come into a lot of money through either developing and selling their own app, crypto, inheritance, or some other such method which does not involve a significant ongoing time commitment.

I came from a time when game cd's or cardridges were about 50 Dollars, and I thought that was a lot, but for that money one had the full game. Nowadays in mobile games I spend more than that for so called "micro transactions". In Evony you do get some nice amount of items for the purchases, so that makes them quite tempting. I don't like it that one gets a free general only for tier 5 purchases. I can predict that once you finally make the decision to do that juicy, but too expensive, purchase, that is only the beginning. More event and more juicy purchases will follow. I try to think of the old days, and yesterday it enabled me to resist. Purchases are fine but I'd like to keep them fair, for a game.
