As a Filipino who has seen the influx of Filipino players in Japan, B league is the future. CBA and NBL might be the top league in terms of financial capability and competition wise respectively but it will only take a matter of time for the B League to overtake them. This is not a coincidence. They had a similar situation regarding their football scene there way back in the 1990s where their football league is much more of a commercial league wherein companies take as teams. But by revamping it to a city based league and introducing the promotion-relegation system, they had a significant growth of football there. Not to mention the gov investments including hosting the 2002 FIFA WC. Fast forward to now, Japan has been producing world class players in Europe and have been dark horses in every WC competition. Soon, Japanese basketball will have the same growth. They even have a major breakthrough in the last FIBA WC by qualifying for the Olympics. They might even produce grass roots or local Japanese players to the NBA way faster than the Philippines.

Great comment and I completely agree. The economy is a juggernaut and the popularity and growth of basketball has been amazing to watch.

The last take I made really aged well. Japan and the B League really produced its first home grown player to the NBA way faster than my own country, the Philippines.

am 6 ,4 from africa i play position of the point guard is the height shorter or what .i once played for Nairobi city thunder, how can i get recruited by japan

That is a decent height overall. But in Japan they are looking for bigger wings (6'5 - 6'8). There is also a college system in Japan that actively recruits players for the B.League so that could be a route to explore. But to be honest - I would be looking at playing in Africa since you already have a passport to an African country. There are more agreements between leagues that would benefit you there.
