Just finished watching And it’s normally £850-£1000 in bham area for a 3 bed to rent. Tbh it’s gone expensive now. It was to be £650 for a three bed a couple of years ago

Very interesting insight. I must say though, if it’s a single person household, there is no way you are affording essentially 3-3.3k a month. You must be living in a council house and paying lower rent as well as claiming child tax credit. My husband and I have a household income of 120k and live just outside of London. We are not eligible for child tax credit or any subsidies if and when we have a child. I would suggest looking into paying for a service that unlocks all TV channels for a yearly fee of £25. Apple Music is a waste if you can get KZbin premium to stream music - pay for it in Turkish lira or a different currency. There are many tips and tricks that you can do to make it easier to live in London or anywhere in the UK.

I spend 1350pcm for a 2bedroom flat, private rental as the council property are all gone to migrants and those who started having children at 13-14. Its hard for everyone whose on benefits, working low paid jobs etc.
