My sister and I went to Real Canadian Superstore first time here in Fort Mc, the bill was not so bad. $241 we spet , our household 2 adults and two children, had like 7 shopping bags. that 20 lb bag of potatoes for $10 is a great buy (y)

It’s pretty affordable for real. Whenever we are doing bulk shopping we go to Costco but otherwise it’s definitely superstore.

I just make some berry juice with ginger and lemon it was so good 4 berries, strawberry was the most. So healthy i can only do it once a time though me and unuh know dem cya buy all grapes mi pass it like flash 😂😂😂😂

It's called savings cous. Every cent counts and I'm not paying for what I'm not eating. You know when I was living in Antigua I saw a man peel the ripe banana and toss the skin n just paid for the banana and it cost way less

Check if your insurance can cover the pediasure, or if you can get a prescription. I’m not sure about Alberta, but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen docs I work with in Ontario prescribe it.
