Cut the crap!!!!! There’s no such thing!!!! This is the typical “Cuban” Rock iguana that crossed over to Jamaican waters and now the people just want to put Jamaica on the map by claiming this Cuban Rock as their own iguana species!!!! My brother is a merchant Marine and fisherman and travels all the islands, including Cuba!! He has seen with his own eyes how these iguanas are sometimes brought accidentally over to other islands via food containers and shipping goods. While the ships dock and merchandise is being unloaded, so are these iguanas. They then find refuge in these new locations… thanx to the shipping industry. Just like the Norwegian rats and other critters were brought over by merchant ships hundreds of years ago!!! So stop claiming the fame “Jamaica!!”👎🏻
