Thank you so much for this very informative video about Chojubai, are you letting Hikobae for saving these branches for propagation in the future? Will it weaken the main tree if left for too long?
@bonsai-shinshi Жыл бұрын
Usually, it is said that if you leave the (Hikobae) as it is, the main tree will weaken. This tree was judged that the left side (hikobae) came out of the roots quite far away and did not affect the main tree, and the right side was determined that if the number of (Hikobae) was reduced, it would not affect the main tree.

Your closeup filming technique and explanations for your pruning choices are very helpful, understandable, and are done at a good pace, too. The crisp clear images of such tiny subject matter are done so well, it really enhances the learning process for even beginners like me. Thanks for all your hard work!

Hola.

Hello, I have a similar longevity plum. Could you please create an annual calendar that includes pruning, defoliation, cuttings, fertilization, etc. Longevity plum is not often introduced on KZbin or in books, but it is the essence that I like the most. thanks from italy
A question. What substrate do you use in the transplant? Akadama and kiryu? Greetings from Spain.

@@bonsai-shinshi OK. I just wanted to ask You if You could consider allowing Your videos to be translated into Russian? I am translating a video about bonsai into Russian. I'm translating Walter Paul and Peter Chan, but Your approach has always amazed me. I prefer voice translation over subtitles because it's much more convenient for people to watch and listen than to watch and read. Moreover, it is better to look at bonsai without being distracted by subtitles. You can see examples of my work on the channel from which I write. I understand that now is a very bad time to ask for such a thing. I do not support Russia's policy, it hurts me to see the suffering that my country causes to other people. I think that at this moment it is important to do what calms you down. So thank You for what you are doing. My name is Nikolai, I am 28 years old. I started translating videos about bonsai 4 yers ago in order to improve my translation skills. The trees themselves have always fascinated me, I love them very much. I work as a transport specialist at Bosch. If You give permission, I will leave all links to Your resources, of course.
