Great video information. Price all that today 2023 it would cost a third more. East coast pricing is way up. I just finished a 130 s. Ft. bath with soapstone top and dressed a drop in tub with soapstone over the tub edges. Shower controls with jets and head, stone seat and barn type glass door entry. Stone was 6,000 vanity 2,080. door 800. tile floor walls and new shaker type closet doors 4 -600. Wall mount faucets 3 - 600. Total $23,000.

Thank you for breaking down the pricing. Such a great resource. Im just confused how in my area, MD, im hearing quotes for a mid range bathroom remodel at 45k. I understand there is a difference between flipping, and owner remodels, but this seems way off. Any ideas as to why our numbers are so far off? Thanks for your content and any info.

Are the bathrooms there much bigger? Are you using more expensive finishes? When there are more plumbing fixers - double vanity, separate shower and tub, the cost would go up.

@@TransformRealEstate Thanks for the reply. No just mid level finishes, probably 50-60sq feet. Its wasnt a specific quote i got, still working on that. But the company i spoke with made it seem like 45k was their low end, and their high end was more like 60k. Hopefully i can find a quote for a 100sq foot master for closer to 20-30k. We will see. I'm doing my bathroom and I spent over $11,000 just in the material just for the fixtures the vanity and the toilet the toilet was about $550. The vanity was $1900 without the top with the top and fixtures almost $3000 for the vanity. I'm getting ripped off I guess.

Amazing from my tiny little bathroom I just wanna shower bill. The contractor gives me an estimate of $12,000 not including the tile not including the toilet or the vanity that I just want to replace the floor.
