Out of pocket. Insurance would copay for prescriptions but nothing else unless it's medically necessary. Cosmetic surgery is not considered medically necessary.

You CAN get them paid for by insurance. Don’t let someone discourage you. If you suffer from lower back pain because of your midsection you can get approved to get most of or all of your tummy tuck paid for.
