Doctor recently I have checked my estradiol level in blood it is 174.2 and my free testosterone is 1.06. Is it ok. I will not have androgenetic alopecia.

Is there any possibility for an 48 yrs old AMAB M2F Strongly Gender Dysphoric person to consider Medical Transition through HRT or even hope for Surgical Transition , few years down the life ..if that person already suffers from comorbidities & diseases like diabetic mellitus, Hypertension , Hypothyroid, etc for quite a long time (>15yrs) ? Please do kindly answer the important question 🙏

Thank you for your questions,I know other trans people who are older and with Comorbidities. Most important thing is that ur other comorbidities are controlled and u are under the supervision of good endocrinologist + other doctors. Please talk to a endocrinologist and discuss the possibilities.
