After i got all of my business profile structured as you mentioned, it cost me $100 a month. No, i didn't include paying my venders and credit reports. Because i have the free Nav phone app that monitors my business and personal score through Exsperion. So you can cut some corners on monthly cost and just focus on buying merchandise for $50 through vender credit accounts with Quill, Uline etc. Still a helpful video

This sounds like a guide for people that dont actually have an active business and just want something to front risk free financing for them. In reality, if you are a full fledged business, you will be hitting most of these metrics just in your day-to-day operations. For example I have an automotive repair business. So the address, phone and vendors are easily covered as part of my operation.

Nice video Brian, You got some good real info, Question is it a way to get a c ood bank rating like a 4, so when I get to tier 3 I'll be ready, I know you mentioned in one of b your videos, that it took having a $10,000 balance for like 3 months, will work, but are there any alternative ways to be creative. Can you just use your cell? Good info though I was wondering about the vendors, $50 on each one. If the kinda business I am interested actually needed anything from vendors that would be a lot more appealing. I’d pass on credit completely but 5% cash back could be very profitable.

Hi Brian.. when you apply for business credit... outside of APR interest rates... or annual fees. are there any one time set up fees you have to pay the creditor? I am talking to one now and I am seeing a 12.75% fee based on what I am awarded. So imagine I am awarded $20k .. that fee would be $2,500. and I wouldnt even be using the card yet!!! Is that typical or not?

You can get nav for $29 , that's what I'm paying now, they give you both your personal fico, and your business credit reports from Experian/ also your paydex.

Yes you can use Nav to monitor tradelines but Nav Reports are not complete reports. There is quite a bit of info missing but it can be used to see how many trades you have and what your score is. Thanks for the comment

Great video I personally know somone who started his business used his moms house as the listing and his cellphone number. He has an American Express Capital One business credit card and working on getting a loan. How is he able to do that ? If it matters hes in Suffolk County NY
