You have a lot of experience. Looks great. I paid 600.00 for a peice of land about 30 ft by 6 ft next to my house to be weeded and cleaned out of small brush. They only cut the bushes down to the ground with a saw. Never dug any roots out. Never leveled it out or reseeded it. I should have known better. So, yes for your experience and how much you care about your work, I would definitely say 3000 at least.
@CarolinaSaltwaterLiving3 ай бұрын
@@carlaberkheimer2788 I hate you had a bad experience. A lot of stumps and roots will just sprout and come back worse. Your estimate is reasonable for this particular project.

Outstanding grading job Matthew. When you have the kind of rain we had earlier this week and it doesn't wash, you know you're doing good. I had 4.2 inches here from Monday evening through Wednesday morning and across central Stokes, they nearly got washed away. It's been so long since I've had any grading work done, I wouldn't even begin to guess. I'm glad to hear Kyla is doing good. She will succeed at whatever she does. Y'all have a great day!

Brother I couldn't imagine what I'd pay for that, a fair bit I'd guess! Is the soil there a red clay like soil? We over here in Northern Ireland know a fair bit about the rain, that's why they call it the emerald isle, everything is so green.
