Bro go to yeola horse market which on every Tuesday in Maharashtra for riding . baby horses may cost from 10k to 100k breed, marwadi kathiwari nukra sindhiand mix breed but as for riding price may start from 30k to 200k depending on 2teeth colt and 4teeth stallion and their no need to go for high price because they will sell a green/raw horse or mare and you may even get a dna parentage colt or filly at a very ceap price if you are able to buy it directly from a farmer
@animagieofficial12 күн бұрын
Yes bro agreed...but Yeola is one of the rare places at that price...even there as quality increases they are increasing the price....many people cannot afford to come there directly...the traders who buy there come and sell it at a higher price outside...but what you are saying is right...if we are willing to directly visit and take the risk of transport we can get it cheaper...

What abour the sindhi breed which is also very good
@animagieofficial12 күн бұрын
Sindhi is a great breed known for its rewal or gait...but it is getting very rare to find a proper Sindhi in India these days outside of Punjab and Haryana areas...Since everyone is marketing the marwari, Sindhi is not being traded to other states or bred purely...But if you can find a pure Sindhi, it will also be an excellent horse...If you have details of pure Sindhi breeders, let us know! Thank you!

Owning a horse? Means have money left over to actually satisfy some personal hobbies? Lagao 28% GST abhi - Indian tax officials

Talking about adaptability is not very rational. Ideally speaking, Marwari and Kathiawadi are native to Rajasthan and Gujrat, to be very specific Jodhpur ( marwar ) and Kutch Kathiawad peninsula. With that logic, they should not be kept in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The throughbreds have been in India for way too long now and adapt really well to Indian climates.

Horse costing Rs 10+ lakhs , but used only for show purpose is not good. The horse will thrive only if they are trained and marketed for equisterian sports.
@animagieofficial14 күн бұрын
Exactly! That is the change we want to bring
@prabhuvn14 күн бұрын
@animagieofficial correct! Unfortunately marwari lovers in India are more inclined towards showoff and status, not in to sports. Hope it changes soon before these war horses turn in to show pieces.
