Hi Snoop, recently discovered your channel and I truly appreciate your content. I’m a recent college grad but my passion is the beauty/spa industry and I’m determined to open up my own salon suite. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos - great information!

I'm about to graduate after this Fall and I literally don't ever care for the field I went to school for. I've always wanted to do hair and own a salon but let others steer me away from that career path. I'm happy to see that there are others just like me.

My daughter is an esthetician and rents a suite and we were considering going into this business but one thing left out of all these videos on YT we've watched about this business is no one speaks of how they got their financing.

She owns other businesses . Probably saved up and expanded over into salon suites

I would totally not recommend 4 bowls for 20+ people. As a stylist who’s in a salon regularly 4 bowls is not enough. Waiting for a sink can really push your time back

Do you get complaints from your salon suite tenants of wash bowls and dryers not being available when they're servicing their clients? I wonder if they have any issues with scheduling/booking clients if their bowls and dryers are in a communal space.

Do u need to have a buisiness degree to help finance start up? Is it easy keeping the suites full? How long do u expect on the return?

In your salon suites. I notice they don’t go all the way up the ceiling. Do each room have their own light switch or they all share lighting?
@ShatianaB2 жыл бұрын
To piggy back off of the question above, are your tenants allowed to play music if the walls don't go all the way to the ceiling?
@lf93412 жыл бұрын
@@ShatianaB Good question!

My daughter had a suite that had an open ceiling. The florescent lighting in the ceiling was the main source of lighting and then she had sconces on the wall. However, she moved out because having no ceiling around a bunch of hair salons was so noisy.
