His wife saw my brother leave a note saying he was a fan and started to leave. She opened the door read the note and asked if he wanted to meet Tim. It was very cool of her to see that then make the offer and it was also very cool of him to step away from his career, a livestream of 10s of thousands of people, to take a pic with a fan he very well could have shaded(so could she). Entertainers might owe their success to fans as an abstract concept but nobody is entitled to anyone else's time or effort and they both went beyond the industry standard.
