I heard all this in the mega church I used to belong to. That’s how they taught us to “exercise” our faith. My life was a complete mess because of that teaching. Seriously. I’m just crawling out of all the carnage from doing that for the past few decades. All the things I did because I was trying to “increase my faith”. They said that faith was a muscle, and the only way for it to get stronger was to do things you would not or could not normally do and trust God to bring it to pass. And if it did NOT come to pass, then you did not have or exercise enough faith. So much guilt I carried for decades because none of it manifested for me; I only got into so much mess 🙄. I’m so glad I can truly understand scriptures AND I now know how to research for myself thanks to watching the videos here. That’s something else that’s now really encouraged in those mega churches, to study for yourself. They just said “come to church”. And you BETTER NOT question what the pastor teaches or the whole church would turn on you. I guess when you know better, you do better. Thank you for this teaching. It’s truly been a blessing to me.

Another sound teaching and very timely. People are confused and uncertain, and many Patriots are hurt and disappointed that President Trump didn’t rally the troops to rescue the USA from communism. What better time to shine the light of Christ as a beacon of hope in these darkening times. This is what He’s called us to do , brothers and sisters! We were born for just such a time as this. Hallelujah!!

@@ColumbusBibleChurch Yes, all the scriptures coming together finally….had a question please: you know when Jesus says, those will come after me that do greater things, would that possibly refer to Paul and the new mystery and Paul’s preaching? Amongst other Martyrs and evangelists since?

@jdominguez777 What John 14:12 is referring to is that kingdom saints will perform greater works once the Holy Spirit was subsequently given in Acts 2. It is not the Lord referring to the mystery as that would be a contradiction of what Paul says about the mystery being hid at that time. Hope this helps.

Amen. I really appreciate this edifying lecture (all of them) based on the pure word of God in our KJB rightly divided. I feel sorry for people who doubt their salvation, because that is not supposed to be. Especially in Ephesians (Ephesians 1:13 and 4:30 KJB) the Lord Jesus Christ gives us full assurance of our Salvation simply by believing the Gospel of our Salvation. I am sure that this important lecture will help many. Outstanding message, brother! Love the correlation between faith and understanding - and all backed with Scripture. I find myself constantly pointing people to Romans 10:17 as it relates to faith being grounded in God’s Word, but the “understanding” aspect is a unique concept in the way you addressed it. God bless you as you continue to be used by The Lord to teach many on the importance of right division!

Try the full sentence of 2 Timothy 2:12. The next verse 14 says yet he abideth faithful. It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, (Romans 6:3-11) we shall also live with him: if we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: if we believe not, 👉yet he abideth faithful: (justified by the faith of Christ Romans 3:22, Galatians 2:16, 2:20) he cannot deny himself👈. 2 Timothy 2:11-13 - AKJV At one time someone had to have faith in the first place to be dead with Christ. Those in Christ can not be deny because if you be dead with him which is the Romans chapter 6:3-11, Colossians 2:10-12 this is the identification of the baptism into his death. Your now have been identified with him because you are now dead with him have been identified with him through the death, burial, and resurrection and now are apart of his body by becoming bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh Ephesians 5:29-30 therefore he can not deny himself.
