Edit: After learning how to run mine you need to start 1st gear around 5200 rpm’s and then hold on. Need to have shift points at 6500 RPMs

The trick with the 5 speeds is to race at a lower speed so they can downshift into their powerband. They dont like 60 rolls. 35-45mph rolls and they will jump off hard at the hit.

Blessed, to have been able to own a Charger srt8 and Charger Scat. My srt8 felt faster than my scat. My srt8 had a built SHR war viking trans, stall converter, full exhaust, Legmaker Intake, and tuned by HHP. It was fast and felt like raw horse power. I miss my srt8 a lot. 😊

Probably even less than that with a nitrous kit. A 150 shot would put you close to 600 HP and the stock trans can handle 600 HP without issues. A manual SRT8 can handle even more HP... but you'd probably run into fule pump issues past a 120 shot

From a 30/40 roll with the nag 1, you have to start in 1st gear to keep up with the new zf 8 speed. I'm local and have a dope build let me know, I'm always down to run.

Using the paddle shifters may be fun, but you will never ever shift faster than the computer. Leave it in drive, and let the computer do its job.

He wasn't shifting with the paddles bud he was downshifting the car into the correct gear then flooring it which goes back into auto mode. It's the fastest way to race these cars. The power band with these cars is around 4000.
