GORGEOUS sunflowers!! How do you have broccoli already out of your garden? My goodness!!! How do I get rid of mushrooms growing wild in my growing beds?? FOUND THE GOAT - up behind the "h' in Farmhouse on the top shelf behind Greg/Hoss.

A few drops of dish soap to a pint of water sprayed on the mushrooms. We planted in early spring in greenhouse and transplanted. We had a late spring and just got lucky. Thanks for watching

Hey, y'all. Don''t forget that dehydrating things like corn, shredded cabbage, potatoes, onions, green peppers, summer squash and celery saves a LOT of space, and they're easy to reconstitute and use.

@@halfbubbleoffplumb8480 Invest in a really good dehydrator with temperature control. I have a Cosori and it dries things wicked fast. You want to dry most veg until crispy, and use oxygen absorbers in the jars.

@Carol Avant I have an american harvester with temp controls but its pushing 35 yrs old. I ll have to check into a new one of the brand you mentioned. When you store the dehydrated items in a jar do you add an O2 absorbers or the silca/moisture absorber or nothing?

I read natural gas prices doubled in the US in 2021. Nitrogen fertilizer is made from the by-products of natural gas production... Methane and some other chemicals, I believe. But if you wanna get a heads up as to when fertilizer prices will drop; should track natural gas

And I heard you say you succession plant them do they do OK in the summer? Mine have started to come to ,I believe disease and pest pressure. Didn’t know if they were more of a cool weather crop.
