Another hidden gem in Toronto is Juicy dumpling. It is a little place in China town. 6 very juicy dumplngs is $3.99, it was 2.99 before pandemic. Expect long lines during lunch hours, but their service is fast.

A lot is a dumb term, for 10 dollars i can buy 2 weeks worth of oats. 10 dollars can buy you a lot if you buy mostly bread products but if you bought meat based foods then suddenly you dont get much. Not to be pedantic but all of that had 13% sales tax and I’m assuming you at least tipped at the diner since it was sit down and probably a minimum of 15%. Neither of these were under $10 with those factors. It’d be nice to see you actually spending the cash and actually showing the places/saying their names so people can experience the food themselves. It’s pretty difficult to find that low of prices in Toronto. While this is a fun “challenge” you’re really distorting the truth of what it’s like to look for tasty, cheap and filling food in T.O. while really only pretending you’re showing off these awesome places since you give no info on the location.
