I know there are some special cases like disabilty to receive pension earlier than actual retirement age , Is this also the same case if i am in india/ if iam disabled in india? 3. Yes but you will receive the pension only after the German retirement age (67 as of now) if it’s getting increased then it will be adapted accordingly. I have made a video how to claim of you are leaving Germany before 5 years. Check that as well

Disability amount will be given immediately and not after age of 67, but one needs to fulfill it inorder to receive it
