Both are good.... both are doing great job and releases updates for community. If are good in css you can make customized web pages by using both the frameworks. Bootstrap 5 consist css and jquery capabilities and lots of premade plugins available for easy customization. On the other hand Tailwind have css capabilities and you need to depend on 3rd party plugins for jquery works. But are good in terms of usage. Main thing you should learn any one of them to start atleast.. later you can learn any framework.
