Hi, for a person that does a "no show" if they tried to come back to book how would you professionally turn them away? 🙈 I would like to prepare myself incase I get any clients like that in the future🙂

First off have you policies visual somewhere so they know what your policy is. In my case I don’t re-book clients that no show, I let them know I have a no show no rebook policy and that they wouldn’t be able to rebook with me because they no showed.. it’s a tough conversation but there are a so many clients out there that will respect your time + let you know in advance if they can’t show!
